The reason I chose such an arbitary name is because most of the time I really don't know
wat will I be upto the next instance.I felt the title would help me be random and whimsical...
anyways,so here i am ...brazing myself to go on an excited or an ''Ho hum..whatever..'' to may be ''Yummy ....gotta try dat out'' in short there is randomness maxed out in here....
Hey Priya, good to see your blog..about the mawa cake recipe that you tried, try to use the hand blender to cream the sugar and butter on med speed. then add eggs one by one and beat only till incorporates, for about 20 seconds per egg. do not use the blender after this step. fold in the flour and other ingredients. bake in the oven and right away place the muffin tray on the cooling rack. try to place the muffin tray upside down on the rack covered with a piece of cloth. hope this works. let me know.
